A sound visualization program which combine Guzheng, a traditional Chinese instrument with Ballet to integrate Chinese and Western culture in innovation.

Guzheng Called "Ballet Between Fingertips"
Guzheng and Ballet both in the field of art, they share same characteristics-rhythm, breath and movement.
Rhythm
"Rhythm" is subtle ornamentation provided by the left hand "body rhythm". In Ballet are "charm" and "rhythm" is mainly through the body.
Breath
The breathing method of Ballet is consistent with the Guzheng. Breathing is shown in the cooperation of the cavity.
Movement
Guzheng is tuned in a pentatonic scale, unlike most western instruments, such as piano, which is diationic scale. Meanwhile, Guzheng has 7 notes with 5 strings in each octave. Ballet has 7 positions of arms.
The seven notes of Guzheng are connected with the seven Ballet gestures of Ballet. Kinect is used to recognize sense gestures in the sensing area and speakers play the audio files of corresponding strings. Different images are displayed through Processing on the screen. Through the body language of Ballet to help people have a better understanding of Guzheng which is a traditional Chinese instrument. By combining the pronunciation principle of Guzheng and playing tools to form basic elements.
