In contemporary urban life, people who live in the near constant stressors of modern life have the chronic stress. Accroding to scientific studies, experts think that we are the best doctor for ourselves of mental health problems. BreathTraveling combines with mindfulness meditation to cultivate increased moment-to-moment awareness of one’s thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. It does not aim to suppress or change one’s direct experience, it focus on how the present moment is being interpreted. Nature in this work is another important element which represents life and growth; wisdom and power. Seeds and water are abstract after designed with Touchdesigner and Madmapper. Offering an audio-visual interactive experience for audiences.
Narrative in this program is giving audience more chance to get access to more content than they could possibly want. Feeling that they are driven from every angle while controlling the space.Through this design, appeal the public to pay more attention to the mental health problem. Learn to manage chronic stress by their own way and build their own body block.
2.0 Interactive Immersive

In this work, the breath leads the viewer into two meditative worlds through gestural and body-sensory interactions:
The first part is "body", the viewer can only see himself in the natural particle rain by keeping his body still, focusing his consciousness on the edge of the particle droplets, and gradually entering into positive thinking meditation; the second part is "mind", everyone's inner world is very different, when we abandon all the distractions and focus on our consciousness, it can lead us to draw a unique meditation world. Here, mind and body are united, representing life and growth, wisdom and strength.
The centre participant acts as a "leader" and controls the process of the meditation through a series of gestures, allowing multiple participants to travel together in the world of the "body". At the same time, the "leader" is able to describe and share his or her own "mind" world through the space. The core of the work is " quietness ". It is both the outline of the body at rest, and the journey of the mind to calm down and meditate. Learn to manage "chronic stress" in your own way and build your own body clock.
在此作品中,由呼吸引领,通过手势体感交互进入两个冥想世界:
第一部分是“身体”,观众只有保持身体的静止才能看到自然粒子雨中的自己,意识集中在粒子雨滴的边缘,逐渐进入正念冥想;第二部分是“心灵”,每个人的内心世界大不相同,当我们摒弃一切杂念,专注于自己的意识时,它能够带领着我们绘制出独一无二的冥想世界。在这里,身心合一,它代表着生命和成长,智慧和力量。
中心位体验者作为“引领者”通过一系列的手势交互控制正念冥想的进程,多位体验者可以共同遨游在“身体”世界。同时“引领者”能够将自己的“心灵”世界隔空描绘并分享。作品的核心就是“静”。既是指身体静止时的轮廓,也是心静下来冥想的一段旅程。学会用自己的方式管理“慢性压力”,建立起自己的身体时钟。
